“The House Itself is Stunning!”
> The house itself is stunning - we love that you enter right into a huge outdoor courtyards, filled with plants, a big outdoor dining table, and a seating area - you can also proceed while staying entirely outside to the gorgeous pool, outdoor showers, and hot tub. Being outside is such a huge part of Fire Island, and the house maximizes in (including with upstairs terraces off the bedrooms, and sliders with screens. — Ben W.
“Eagerly Renewed for a Third.”
> Friends and I have stayed at Rob & Bartholomew’s house for two years and eagerly renewed for a third. Having stayed previously at a house much farther from the harbor, it’s been incredible to be so close - totally makes the difference whether you’re lugging a heavy suitcase, needing a last minute item from the Pantry, or deciding whether to go out for the night. It’s also so close to the beach (and to a part of the beach with lots of people!). — Ben W.

> The bedrooms are separated from the open-plan living room and kitchen by the outside courtyard, preserving peace and quiet for those on different sleeping schedules, and the bedrooms were especially nice this year as they were completely redone and now each of the four have fully private bathrooms. — Ben W.
“More .. Than You Could Ever Use.”
> The living room and kitchen space are so lovely, amply sized for easy entertaining for the house and guests, with more dinnerware, flatware, glassware, pots & pans than you could ever use, and a professional-grade icemaker for easy summer drinks. On chilly nights, there’s even a wood-burning stove that more than warms the space and is just beautiful to see and smell. — Ben W.
“Bedrooms Super Comfy - Kitchen Stocked.”
“I stayed here as a group of 8 last summer, and everything was wonderful. The bedrooms were super comfy, the kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil we could want, and all the spaces to hang out (living room, upper deck, or by the pool) made it a perfect house to rent as a group. We are looking forward to going back again next summer. ”

“House is Great and Well Equipped”
Overall the house is really great and well equipped for a max of 8 guests. We really enjoyed the pool area and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking/dinning at home. The new orange chairs were great, and there were plenty of towels for bathrooms as well as the beach/pool. And, having access to the washer/dryer to keep up with towels was a huge plus!
