Please respect the white, bright, and clean. Before getting down and dirty, please strip the bed, and put down the extra sheets provided in the top drawer of each bedroom. Sheets are SO MUCH EASIER to clean up.
BEACH CHAIRS
Located in the shed on the pool deck. Just return them into the closet when done. It’s a little cumbersome, but you’ll figure it out.
CIRCUIT BREAKER
Located in downstairs left bedroom. Just click the button back to on. Most common to “trip” left side “downstairs bed, bath, and stairwell”.
UMBRELLAS
Make sure umbrellas are down when it gets windy. Please replace umbrella covers at the end of your stay. Do not bring orange umbrellas to the beach.

Please do not leave outdoor cushions/pillows in the rain. Wet cushions suck. At the end of your stay, please bring outdoor cushions/pillows into the house to keep them dry.
Zones: There are 3 zones on the speaker system. It is best to have 2 on at a time for the best sound. Volume Modulator: Look for the round knobs located on upper
/
lower decks. Please be considerate with noise levels.
STEREO
Please power down stereo periodically. And keep the door open to keep it cool. Power - left hand side. Master Volume - speakers can get loud -- so keep the volume under 40 to not ruin the speakers. They are new and we really love their sound. :-)

OUTDOOR SHOWER
Shower up and keep in clean. Remove extra sand before swimming, hot tub, and climbing into bed. Gritty is no fun.
HOT TUB
Do not adjust the temperature or settings. No sex, lube, or release in hot tub. No glassware in hot tub. We have more than enough plastic ware to use. Fill with water to "fill line" periodically since it does evaporate.
POOL
No jumping or diving in the pool. No footwear in the pool since is can puncture the liner. Do not stand on railing behind pool since it is not designed to support people.
HOUSE MAINTENANCE
Please be kind to the people taking care of the house in our absence since they are here to help you have a pleasurable experience.
